Damaged merchandise must be reported within three days of receipt for an exchange. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund returns, minus shipping (in original undamaged packing) within 30 days. For merchandise with free shipping, the buyer is responsible for actual cost of shipping. The actual shipping cost will be deducted from final refunded amount. A restocking fee of 20 percent shall apply. No refunds without prior approval. A customer RA number must be issued before we can except any return. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Shipping insurance for your return packages is strongly advised. We do not ship to P.O.Box address. No refunds will be issued beyond 30 days of time of receipt.
