The X8 Teak String Cajon resonance box is made from premium selected exotic Asian oak while the faceplate is fitted with Teak wood.
The X8 Teak String Cajon brings quality and affordability into one lightweight box. Designed to deliver a wide range of tones and versatility the it is fitted with specially designed guitar strings that run vertically against the inside faceplate. The vertically arranged strings provide plenty of crackle that musically compliments the warm lower end sound of the oak box. In this model, the strings are adjustable using an Allen wrench (included) that allows the musician to define the perfect tone for any setup.
Every X8 Cajon is hand constructed, one unit at a time, by skilled artisans who meticulously assemble and finish every Cajon.
